“Sailing Home” SOLD

This piece is 100% hand made, starting with hand dyed fluffy wool  that goes through a wet felting process, and the details are poked in with a felting needle.  I then quilt stitch more details with my sewing machine.  String is attached for the ropes.  Curly locks (wool) make for great waves.

It is framed with repurposed lumber from Peoria, Illinois.    23″ High x 19″ Wide
